Tracsis Plc (“Tracsis” or “the Company” or “the Group”), today announces that Robert Watson has given notice to the Board terminating his employment to pursue new opportunities outside the business. His specific departure will take effect before the end of 2010.

Further Contract Win with Major UK Operator
Tracsis Plc, a leading provider of operational planning systems and consultancy to the rail industry is pleased to announce a further software contract with a major UK train operating company. The contract secures licence revenue in excess of £600,000 over a seven year period.

Tracsis Plc Announces £250K Contract Win
Tracsis Plc, a leading provider of operational planning and software to the rail industry is pleased to announce a further contract win with a major UK train operating company. The contract secures licence revenue of approximately £250,000 for the company over a five year period.
John McArthur, Tracsis Plc CEO commented,
